As someone who has struggled w cystic hormonal acne starting in my late twenties I didn’t think there would be a day where I’d have “glass skin” or a near perfect complexion. With Sabrina from Lh Medspa, my skin has gone from textured, scarred, pigmented, and an unbalanced PH to clear, healthy and glowing. Whether it’s a Hydrafacial, diamond glow facial, or microneedling, Sabrina makes you feel at home and comfortable in her office! She goes the extra mile by answering questions you may have even if it’s after hours. I owe my skin to Sabrina and will be trusting her with it for the rest of my days!

Would highly recommend LH med spa (especially Liz and Renee) to anyone. I had a forma face/neck treatment with Liz, which was a new treatment for me, and I loved it. Liz is very knowledgeable and thorough, and has helped transform my skin over the years. I also had a laser hair removal treatment with Renee, who made me feel super comfortable even though I was a bit nervous/unsure what to expect. She walked me through the whole process and was extremely patient and kind!

I am an extremely picky person when it comes to my eyebrows because of so much past trauma. Natasha came highly recommended and I heard she is meticulous with her work. Her reputation precedes her as they are absolutely correct. She asks all the right questions and explains to lay off certain products for a few days as I was having my eyebrows waxed and tinted. I knew that I would have to wait until the next day after waxing to see what they would really look like and I am obsessed. I will now be following Natasha wherever she goes. She’s stuck with me for life. Absolutely no one has ever been so gentle, meticulous, patient and passionate about their work. She wanted to make it perfect and will even tell you that if you’re not a fan of what she did there are others in the office that you might like better. Everyone has a different hand and she doesn’t take feedback personally. Although, my feedback is that she has found a client for life. I will also be getting my lash lift with her once my past job has grown out. Super stoked that I found someone.

After bouncing around to many medspas in the area trying to find the perfect one, I came across this place and am SO happy I did. Every time I’ve visited, it’s smelled nice, the ladies have been very helpful and informative, and I’ve walked out feeling better than I came in. As an Esthetician myself, I can tell they really care about their clients & maintaining their spas cleanliness. Not to mention, their beds are so comfy lol. I can’t say enough good things especially about the Diamond Glow Facial (amazing results and my skin looked and felt so hydrated for many days after). Thank you Izabela for giving me such a great service today!

After following LHS for many years on social media I knew this was the medispa for me. My husband purchased a gift card online and the process was seamless. I used it for the Tight & Bright Facial. The spa is so beautiful, a luxurious experience from the moment you step inside. I was greeted by the staff and nurse who would be carrying out the procedure. Everyone was so pleasant and I was fully informed about the process. The nurse made sure I was comfortable and totally numb before starting. Right after the procedure I could see a difference and the results only got better as the days went on! I will surely be doing this again and can't wait to try the other services.

this is a very DOPE place for laser hair removal and Natasha really did the trick to get rid of the hair that I didn't want and I am gonna continue to come until the hair is completely gone 🤘🤘

I highly recommend Sabrina if you’re looking for a great facial! My first time there, she was honest and educational with what would be best for my skin. The facial was amazing and I even noticed a big difference in my skin the next day. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been going to LH since the beginning of 2022 and I can’t say enough wonderful things about Lexie and Emily.
Lexie is a perfectionist when it comes to Botox and filler and Emily does the best facials in the entire world!
I’ve been trying to find the best facialist in the area and Emily is the real deal.
You will not be disappointed when booking with either of them!
Plus, the front desk staff is very friendly and patient.

LH Spa is my go to for all things and my personal recommendation for all of my own clients. If you know me then you know I only truly recommend those whose services I love and I truly believe in.
Recently did Ultra laser. From the day after treatment I recieved compliments on my skin, but once healed (through a super easy, undetectable healing phase) I was totally blown away & will be booking my second session. Followed up two weeks later with a facial with Liz. For a girl who doesn't know what the word relax means.......I was truly peaceful, calm and in the moment. Her facial was amazing from start to finish.
LH will always get a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review. Suzzette and her team are second to none.

Update: second session, Morpheus with ultra laser. Gets another ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was a little bit nervous going in to do the Morpheus Because so many people told me how incredibly painful it is, but I had to come back to mention the numbing that LH uses is top notch, and I sat through my entire session completely and totally unbothered.
If you're hesitant...... just go for it it. You won't regret it

What a beautiful Med Spa! Their entire staff is very friendly and you feel right at home. Suzette, the owner goes out of her way to make sure that you have the correct treatment and products! I I’ve gone several times and it’s always an amazing experience!

I visited LH MedSpa today for dermaplaning and a HydraFacial and I could not be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the environment was peaceful, clean, and calming. The staff was warm and welcoming, and they took time to explain what to expect during each step so I felt completely comfortable the entire time.

The treatment itself was incredible — I was so relaxed I could have taken a nap. My skin feels unbelievably smooth and refreshed, and it’s literally glowing! I can already see a difference in texture and brightness.

I highly recommend LH MedSpa to anyone considering a skin treatment. I’ll definitely be back for more services — this place is a gem!

I have been going to LH for years and I love the staff. My most recent service was Morpheus and Clear & Brilliant with Alyssa and she was terrific. I spent an hour numbing in the pre-treatment room and felt no pain during the Morpheus treatment. The exosomes helped with the quick recovery. I love the results - tighter plumber skin!

So happy after receiving my Ultra LaseMd & Keralase with Alyssa Sue! She was very warm inviting. Alyssa went through everything step by step. She made sure i was confortable and not in pain. Loved that LH offers the zimmer(cold air) to help with the heat from the lasers. Cant wait to cone back in 4 weeks fir my next treatment!

I had my first Lumecca treatment with Nurse Alissa and it was amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. She explained every aspect of the process thoroughly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend her and LH Med Spa.

There was a mess up with my appointment, Maggie was able to fit me in later in the day at the Madison location, she was even able to get me in earlier than what she scheduled, Elizabeth did the diamond glow facial, she was great! Definitely recommend!

The minute I stepped in it smelled so good! I was welcomed by a very friendly staff. Clai was very professional and very kind. I felt extremely comfortable in their facility. I highly recommend them for many different treatments.

The team is amazing and very professional. I have no words to describe how great and young I feel every time I come out of LH spa. To start off, the spa smells wonderful and is spotless. I definitely recommend everyone to come give them a visit. I guarantee you will have an amazing time. I am a male who enjoys getting Botox done. It’s very hard to find a trustworthy injector but Clai exceeded all expectations.

Initially came to LH Spa in Madison for one of my teenage children, and when I saw the array of services they offer, I became a client myself! Office in Madison is small and lovely, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I've used Natasha for laser hair removal, and she does a fantastic job. Can't speak to any other services (yet!). I will add that the team is great with young people, too - my teenager has been a client, and they're experts at putting young people at ease and making them feel comfortable and not self-conscious. Highly recommend!

  3. A required TSH/thyroid panel and CMP/Comprehensive Metabolic Panel will be ordered by one of our Nurse Practitioners.

    1. These panels can be ordered to Labcorp, Quest OR you can schedule a convenient appointment at our Madison office to have your blood drawn. ($50 draw fee applies)

  4. No insurance?

    1. You may purchase a panel out-of-pocket without an e-script through Labcorp Link

Consultation Process:
  • Candidates are scheduled for a 30-minute consultation with an APN to begin a trial period of 4 weeks.
    • Consultation: $125
    • 4 week trial period: $600
  • Consultations consist of a history & physical, body composition analysis, description of the program, and administration of your first injection.
  • Payment for the 4 week trial period will be reconciled at the conclusion of your consultation.
Program Continuation:
  • After the 4-week trial period, you will receive a 12-week supply throughout your journey to mitigate shipping costs and gaps in care.
    • There is a 7-10 day turnaround time from Rx submission to arrival of medication.
    • A Fed-Ex shipping notification will arrive via email 24 hours prior to delivery
  • Medication cannot be returned to the pharmacy; therefore, it is non-refundable.
  • The flexibility of LH Lean allows for the following options:
    • Visit us weekly to discuss symptoms, progress, dosing, and receive your injection from an APN or RN
    • Self-administer your medication weekly at home using dosage guidance from our medical staff
    • Visit us monthly at LH to allow medical staff to draw up your medication for storage at your personal home to allow for self-administration
  • You will meet with an APN in-person or via telehealth on a monthly basis to discuss dosing, symptoms, progress, and treatment recommendations.
    • It is recommended that you visit LH to use our complimentary InBody analysis device during your monthly follow-ups.
  • A comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP) is required every 6 months while participating in the LH Lean Program to evaluate blood sugar, kidney function, electrolytes, and liver function.

**PLEASE COMMUNICATE ANY ELECTIVE OR PLANNED PROCEDURES/SURGERIES TO THE MEDICAL STAFF DURING YOUR VISIT. PER THE AMERICAN SOCIETY OF ANESTHESIOLOGISTS, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU PAUSE SEMAGLUTIDE INJECTIONS 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO RECEIVING ANESTHESIA.**

Ending Treatment:
  • Many patients remain on a maintenance dose for weeks to months prior to ending treatment.
  • Each dosing plan is customized to each patient’s goals and tolerance
  • It is NOT recommended that you cease treatment without medical guidance, which will include a recommended “weaning off” schedule.
  • Treatment conclusion may occur over a 4, 8, or 12-week period. Allow our medical staff to make recommendations based on your current dosing, timeline, and tolerance.
  • An End-of-Program check-in with an APN will provide guidance for weaning off, maintenance while off the medication, and potential for restarting the program in the future, if desired.
